Child Trafficking
Thanks to George Bush Sr's deathbed guilt (I would assume), he left a "special" message for a few "special" people. Body language is a beautiful thing. Hillary is the only one who managed to keep it together. Jeb's reaction, priceless. (the Real) Joe's body language, aw crap. Even Pence got a letter. 
Carter looks as if he feels left out, but don't worry Jimmy. It's not a club you want to be in.
